In the context of energy transition and market liberalization, Haulogy is successfully contributing to the transformation goals of its clients in the energy and utilities sector by offering modular and scalable management software and relevant commercial and IT services in a long-term partnership approach. In this context, Haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for Suppliers in Energy and Distribution system Operators (DSOs) and is looking for a CSM in Paris. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 5 to 10 strategic accounts (Energy Suppliers/Producers). Onboard and train new clients for a smooth product adoption. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions. Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction to anticipate needs. Drive retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Act as the customer's voice internally, providing feedback to Product and Support. About You A first significant experience in Customer Success or Account Management. Strong appetite for technology and ability to quickly understand complex concepts. You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care about helping clients succeed. You are proactive and thrive in anticipating customer needs before they escalated. You have a strategic mindset, but you’re also hands-on when it comes to execution. Real interest for the energy sector. Perfect command of French and a good level of English.
