Overview🔎 Freelance Business Developer – Customer Win-Back (Home Cleaning Services)At Wecasa, our mission is simple: to make everyday life easier. Within our Customer Expansion team (part of Customer Experience), we focus on growth through re-engagement and long-term customer value. We’re now looking for a Freelance Business Developer to lead a key mission: winning back former regular home cleaning customers who have stopped using Wecasa.There are thousands of churned customers every month, and they represent a major business opportunity. Your role is to reconnect with them, understand their reasons for leaving, rebuild trust and convert them back into active customers. Responsibilities Contact former regular cleaning customers via multiple channels: phone calls (Aircall), SMS, emails, voicemail messages, etc. Execute our proven win-back strategy and call scripts, while tailoring your approach to each customer Handle objections with confidence, listen actively, and adapt your pitch based on customer feedback Log and manage all activity in Zoho CRM and Wecasa’s internal admin tools Track your KPIs and deliver results: target of 150 customer win-backs per month (full-time equivalent) 🎯 Success means: converting at least 1 in 3 customers, with upside potential for top performers. Who We’re Looking For 🎯 You’re a great fit if you are a natural closer with a strong hunter mentality Thrive on outbound sales, follow-ups and hitting targets Combine commercial drive with genuine empathy — some customers left disappointed, and your role is to rebuild confidence Work independently, stay organised and are comfortable with CRM and digital tools Have a strong grasp of UK culture and customer mindset, and know how to communicate in a way that truly resonates with a UK audience Speak fluent English 🇬🇧 (French is a plus, not a requirement) Contract Details 🕒 Availability: part-time to full-time 📍 Location: 100% remote 🚀 Start date: ASAP 📅 Duration: minimum 2 months (onboarding and training provided) 💸 Compensation: fixed daily rate + performance-based commission Why Wecasa? L’équipe expansion, pilotée par Mélissandre, œuvre pour offrir une expérience client mémorable à tous nos utilisateurs. Tu rejoindras cette équipe au sein du pôle Customer Experience, et ta mission est de faire revenir les clients ménage réguliers qui nous ont quittés sur le marché UK. Spoiler: ils sont plusieurs milliers chaque mois… et ils valent de l’or. Ton job ? Leur rappeler pourquoi ils ont aimé Wecasa, comprendre ce qui les a fait partir, et leur donner envie de revenir. 💥 Missions: reprise de contact avec nos anciens clients Ménage régulier UK, appliquer la stratégie de reconquête sur le marché UK, identifier les objections, piloter l’activité dans Zoho CRM et privilégier les créneaux efficaces, suivre les performances et viser la perf. Objectif: faire revenir un client sur 3, et viser 1 sur 2 avec un volume de 350 appels mensuels et 20h hebdomadaires. Profil recherché: commercial·e dans l’âme, bilingue ou natif Royaume-Uni, autonomie, empathie, et connaissance de la culture britannique.
