Regional Account Manager - Île-de-France Region (France)We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Regional Account Manager with a desire to succeedAre you interested in expanding our lighting business as a “Regional Account Manager”?If so, you might be the person we are looking forWho are you?Job ContextMember of the local Opple Europe teamReports directly to the Head of Sales EuropeWorks closely with other account managers in the regionYour profile:Balanced tactical and operational skillsCustomer-focused with a passion for excellent customer servicePractical, hands-on mentalityClear verbal communication skills, including empathy and concisenessPersuasive sales skills and influencing abilityProfessional presentation, even under pressureExperience with Salesforce (preferred)Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Sales & Distribution moduleB2B sales experience in lighting, building materials, or industrial sectorsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and WordExperience working with warehousing & distribution partners (3PL)Fluent in English and FrenchPersonal AttributesResult-oriented with a drive to over-achievePolished, analytical, engaging, with excellent interpersonal skillsHunter mentalityEnergetic and determinedSelf-starter with a desire to succeedHigh energy and enthusiasmAbility to execute effectivelyYour responsibilities:Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channelExpand coverage in the assigned regionAcquire wholesale customers in the regionDrive continuous business performance improvementsAchieve set pricing and sales targetsDevelop business expansion strategies with the sales leadershipMaintain long-term customer relationshipsManage distribution channelsGather market intelligence and collaborate with marketingMeet sales targets and budgetsCoordinate internal relationships across channels and departmentsCollect local market feedback and insightsWho are we?We are a leading global lighting company active in over 70 countries, always seeking new talent Join our energetic team and help us achieve our goals in an environment that is more than just a company.
