Regional Account Manager - Île-de-France Region (France) We are seeking a driven, experienced, and dedicated Regional Account Manager eager to succeed Are you interested in expanding our lighting business as a “Regional Account Manager”? If so, you might be the perfect fit for us Who are you? Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Reports directly to the Head of Sales Europe Collaborates closely with other account managers in the region Your profile: Strong tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service Practical, hands-on mentality Effective verbal communication, empathetic and concise Persuasive sales skills and influence Professional presentation, even under pressure Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module B2B sales experience in lighting, building materials, or industrial sectors Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word Experience working with warehousing and distribution partners (3PL) Fluent in English and French Personal Attributes Results-oriented with a drive to over-achieve Polished, analytical, engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mindset Energetic and determined Self-starter with a desire to succeed High energy and enthusiasm Ability to execute plans effectively Your responsibilities: Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Expand coverage in the assigned region Acquire wholesale customers in the region Drive continuous business performance improvements Achieve top-line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the sales leadership Develop business cases for regional expansion in collaboration with the sales head Maintain long-term customer relationships Manage distribution channels Collect and analyze market data, communicate insights to marketing Meet sales targets and budgets Coordinate internally across channels and departments Gather local market intelligence and feedback Who are we?
