Le Groupe La Centrale est le spécialiste des marketplaces 100% auto (La Centrale et Le Rachat Express) et de l’information automobile francophone (Caradisiac). Notre mission est simple : améliorer l’expérience d’achat et de vente pour les consommateurs comme les distributeurs automobiles. Nous sommes aujourd’hui plus de 250 collaborateurs qui participent à l’évolution de notre entreprise en générant un chiffre d’affaires de 88 millions d’euros. Nous cherchons, à présent, à développer des services à forte valeur ajoutée (visibilité, data, etc) auprès des professionnels de l’automobile.Rattaché(e) au Head of Growth, en tant que Strategy Manager , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et l’exécution des projets de croissance.MISSIONSAnalyse & Stratégie : Réaliser les analyses pour guider les décisions stratégiques. Etudier le marché et appréhender précisément les besoins des professionnels du secteur auto.Evolution des offres existantes : Faire évoluer notre portefeuille d’offres commerciales (nouvelles fonctionnalités, segmentation, packaging, options...), identifier et tester des axes de création de valeur pour les professionnels.Définition des nouvelles opportunités de croissance : Identifier des opportunités de croissance innovantes, évaluer leur potentiel et proposer des plans d’action. Impulser des réflexions cross disciplinaires (Sales, Product & Tech) et favoriser l'émergence de nouvelles idées.Monétisation : Accompagner la stratégie de conquête et de développement du revenu (pricing, cross sell, upsell, modèles économiques). Appuyer les équipes commerciales sur l’optimisation des offres et la fidélisation des clients.PROFILDiplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur2 ans à 4 ans d’expérience en conseil stratégique (type MBB, Big 4 stratégie, boutique spécialisée) avec une forte appétence pour les sujets top line et innovation. Capacité analytique aiguisée et aisance avec les chiffres.
