**The Team**
As a Program Manager for the Brand Quality Program and Competition and Market Expert at Ankorstore, you will play a vital role in maintaining high brand standards, driving differentiation strategies, and identifying market opportunities. You will conduct market research and analysis, monitor competitor activities, and compile brand performance reports. Additionally, you will provide brand-related training and guidance to internal stakeholders and partners to ensure consistent implementation of the brand strategy. This role reports to the Brand Strategy Team, which is part of the Revenue Operations Team.
**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the Brand Quality Program, focusing on competition analysis and market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify gaps in the market that Ankorstore can address or new customer segments that can be targeted
- Monitor competitor activities, including their product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer experiences, and provide regular updates to the Brand Strategy Team
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions regarding brand positioning, customer targeting, and differentiation strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (eg.Product, Sales, CS) to develop and implement differentiation strategies that set Ankorstore apart from competitors and drive brand growth
- Compile and present regular reports on brand performance metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide brand-related training and education to internal stakeholders and partners to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation of the brand strategy
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategy Team to develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on market insights and customer needs
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the wholesale marketplace
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup or consulting environment, preferably in a program management or brand strategy role with a focus on competition analysis and market research
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Solid understanding of brand management, differentiation strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive and results-driven, capable of identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies to drive brand growth
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
