Joining us now means being part of a major transformation, as we launch an AI-powered product and redefine our go-to-market strategy around a strong Product-Led Growth approach.📝Job Description:Build and operate the post-sales revenue infrastructure: from customer conversion through renewal and upsell, creating a reliable, automated, and scalable engine.You're joining at a pivotal moment where we need to establish rock-solid foundations before self-serve volume explodes.The challenge: our renewal and upsell processes work mainly manually today (Excel, manual reconciliations in the CRM), but won't scale with self-serve adoption where every friction becomes an automated churn risk.To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :1. Architecture & Data ModelDesign the post-sales data model (ARR movements, renewals, expansion, churn)Create a single source of truth across HubSpot, Planhat, Stripe, and FinanceEliminate dependency on Excel files for renewals and NRR2. Automation & Self-ServeBuild automated customer management workflows (onboarding, renewal, expansion)Implement triggering logic between product and CSM toolsIntegrate and configure new tools (Stripe, etc.)3. Planhat ActivationTransform Planhat into the central CS operating system (forecasting, health scoring, playbooks)Eliminate parallel CSM trackers4. Forecasting & MetricsIndustrialize renewal and NRR forecastingBuild visibility on ARR → Invoice metricsImplement cost-to-serve by segment5.
