About the role As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first line of offense by scheduling and securing meetings with Odaseva’s top prospects and working in partnership with the enterprise sales team in Paris. Responsibilities Drive consistent outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and in-person events to help the enterprise sales team get meetings scheduled with the top companies in France. Research and identify new companies and individuals to target based on current market conditions and events. Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling. Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets which includes meetings booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline contribution. Track customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce and other internal tools. Thriving on change while remaining highly organized, energetic, and coachable. Work independently and remotely while contributing to sales efforts locally and globally. What we’re looking for A Bachelor's Degree. Experience or strong interest in technology or sales positions. The ability to craft compelling emails and presentation materials that entice prospects online to take a meeting with you. Strong verbal communication skills on the phone and in person. Strong problem‑solving skills. A charismatic and engaging personality. Curiosity and a desire to learn from those around you. Requirements 0–2 years of experience. Must be based in the Paris, France area and able to commute to our office at least 3 days a week. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking French and English. A strong passion to learn and develop skillsets with subject‑matter experts worldwide. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership in French and international markets. Resilient in the face of rejection – business development is a numbers game. Willing to travel to events and conferences locally and globally.
