A one-of-a-kind opportunity to join one of the most exciting SaaS start-ups in Europe NOTE: This role is based in Paris, France (hybrid). Relocation support is possible. My client is a rapidly growing SaaS company disrupting the endpoint and identity management space. Their modern IT platform combines MDM, EDR, Identity Management, and IT Service Management in a unified solution, helping companies manage devices and identities securely and efficiently. With a proven product, fast-growing revenues, and a loyal customer base, they are entering its next growth phase: scaling across EMEA, building out indirect / MSP channels, and expanding full-platform adoption. To fuel this momentum, they are looking for an exceptional VP of Sales - with the potential to grow into a CRO or COO role as the company continues to scale. Why join? Trajectory: ACV growth from €3K > €14K in just three years. With strong upmarket motion, they are primed for hypergrowth. Market: IT teams everywhere need simplified endpoint & identity management. Especially SMB and Midmarket industries. Leadership: You’ll join a proven founding team (CEO & CTO) and manage + build the existing sales team of 8 people. Ownership: With equity options up to 4%, you’ll be building not just a career, but long‑term value in a company redefining IT management. What you’ll do Build and scale a world‑class GTM team across sales, inbound, partnerships, and success. Take ownership of sales motions across outbound, inbound, and indirect / MSP channels. Create a best‑in‑class sales playbook: from demo flows to structured processes. Lead expansion into non‑French markets (priority : EMEA) with localized GTM motions. Drive product‑led growth for low‑touch deals. What you bring Proven track record building GTM organizations. Strong leadership scaling outbound‑driven sales in SMB / MM segments. Familiarity with PLG environments and data‑driven experimentation. Deep understanding of selling to IT buyers (not just business stakeholders). A hands‑on, analytical, and strategic mindset - ready to test, iterate, and scale. Package Max OTE: €250K, flexible on split. Equity: Up to 4% for entrepreneurial profiles optimizing for long‑term upside. #J-18808-Ljbffr
