We’re looking for a Business Development Representative, who will be the first point of contact for leading companies across Europe exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build and qualify pipeline to accelerate Nebius’s growth in EU markets. You’re welcome to work with us remotely from Paris, France. Responsibilities Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to map and prioritise target accounts across the UK and Europe, then execute a mix of outbound calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach, to secure qualified meetings. Screen and qualify inbound MQLs generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to AEs. Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget. Represent Nebius at key European tech events, book on‑site meetings, and follow up to maximise ROI. Gather market intelligence (common objections, competitive insights, feature requests) during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Marketing. Monitor outreach metrics—open rates, reply rates, connect rates—and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimise cadences and scripts. Stay up to date on AI and cloud trends (e.g., generative AI in pharma R&D) to position Nebius’s value proposition effectively. Qualifications Language & Market Expertise: Fluent English and French, both written and verbal. Must have SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting European markets. Technical & Sales Skills: Strong understanding of GDPR and local data‑privacy regulations. Soft Skills & Mindset: Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross‑cultural awareness and adaptability. Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.
