Description As a Business Development & Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story. You will identify new opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in your local market and beyond. If you’re a natural networker, a persuasive communicator, and a results‑oriented professional, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and capture new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners at all levels. Negotiate and close high‑value contracts with key decision‑makers. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailor‑made solutions for clients. Track and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (minimum of 5 years of proven business development experience with a strong track record of results). Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve revenue growth. Educational Background: Master’s degree in marine science, Ecology, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field relevant to the role. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking and excellent technical writing capability. Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with global teams. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Office 365 tools. Why Join Us?
