In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important customers and partners.You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term value creation, driving revenue growth, and aligning client objectives with our strategic goals.As a Global Account Director, you will:* Lead the overall strategy, management, and growth of designated strategic accounts.* Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.* Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of client needs.* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.* Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance reports, and strategic roadmaps for clients.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you**The ideal Global Account Director:* Proven experience (7+ years) in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology distribution.* Demonstrated success in managing and growing large, complex accounts.* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.* Ability to think strategically while driving day-to-day execution.* Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).Winning characteristics:* This is a 100% partner role requiring technical knowledge but above all passion for sales, dedicating nearly all time at partners to develop opportunities* Willingness to excel in dynamic environments and evolving markets, continuously growing skills* Ability to plan medium/long-term activities to consistently achieve goals* Ability to provide real service and generate valuable, long-lasting relationships* Strong interpersonal skills/empathy, result-oriented approach/ability to work towards objectives, seriousness/punctuality, energy* Availability for frequent business travel* Good command of EnglishWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
