This role is part of the Insurance Team and focuses on automated and scalable risk assessment tools.ResponsibilitiesRisk modeling: strengthen and automate the building of Solvency 2 balance sheet and capital requirements projections across health, death, and disability lines; model new risks as they arise; challenge risk appetite; propose risk metrics; build tools to monitor them; support board meetings preparation and investor communication regarding capital evolution and market risks.Regulatory: scale and automate production of regulatory quantitative reporting; contribute to SFCR, RSR, and ORSA; support discussions with supervisors; assist assessment of international opportunities and opening of new countries.Capital management: propose improvements to capital management across the four countries; manage reinsurance strategy and analyze reinsurance reporting in coordination with partners.Team growth: create processes and resources to strengthen risk and capital understanding; support hiring for Insurance and Risk teams.QualificationsSolid expertise in the Solvency II regulatory framework, especially S2 accounting; knowledge of Health, Life and Market risks is a plus.Fluent in English; written French for regulatory interactions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis capabilities.Ability to automate processes and build new tools; programming skills are a plus.Rigor and reliability in reporting production; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies with creative problem-solving approaches.Perks & BenefitsFair rewards: generous equity packages complement base salary.Flexible office options: HQ, co-working, or fully remote with home office equipment sponsorship.Tools: high-end equipment such as Macbook Pro, monitor, and accessories.Flexible vacation policy and working hours.Delightful healthcare insurance: comprehensive coverage for you and children; partial coverage for partners depending on country (permanent contracts).Transport: country-specific commuter benefits.Learning & training opportunities: flexible training policy with budget for books and conferences.Coaching: dedicated coaching from day one to maximize impact and alignment with Alan values.Parental leave: extended leave for new parents.Important note: we hire people, not roles.
