Senior Strategic Account Manager – Data Centres (France)Location : FranceLanguages required : French, EnglishThe Senior Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned multi-tenant data centre and hyperscale / cloud customers and strategic channel partners to increase sales and margin of the company's products and / or services; your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and / or solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.ResponsibilitiesSell a diverse range of data centre solutions (and services) across your defined geographical territory - solutions to be positioned :Structured cabling and accessoriesPhysical security solutionsElectrical solutionsHigh density liquid cooling and powerNetworking solutionsPro-AVPosition company services for design, end-to-end project deployment, product enhancement and rack & rollLead the development and execution of strategic account plans at key named accountsDrive new business development - research, qualify, contact, present and close new clients based on an assigned territory or market segmentBuild partnerships across company business units and work internally as part of a fast-paced Sales teamExecute billing margin initiatives through value added services, marketing programs, and supplier engagementCommunicate effectively with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet these needs, resolving any post-sale issuesContinuously maintain and develop relationships with existing and previous customers, understand their key business issues, and recommend ways to deliver valueLiaise with the Field Account and Global Account teams relating to pursuing new agreements, value-add / total cost of ownership (TCO) commitments and increasing customer wallet-shareMaintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects and share improvement opportunitiesCommunicate customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status and strategic plan progress to ManagementLead solution development efforts that best address customer needsEngage supplier sales resources to enlist their support and create solutionsShow expertise in strategic selling and take the lead in high-level sales engagementsProvide pre-call and post-call coaching to the branch Sales teamQualifications and Skills RequiredHigh School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years’ proven sales experience as a Strategic Account Manager of large account portfoliosKnowledge of the Multi-tenant / Hyperscale Data Centre industry and trends is a strong advantageExperience managing multiple stakeholders and projectsHistory of success in maintaining and developing key relationshipsSuccess in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resourcesAbility to understand where potential exists in assigned accounts and recognize and create opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationshipsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work efficiently under pressureAbility to travel up to 25% #J-18808-Ljbffr
