Maison Margiela, a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela, celebrates unconventional aesthetics and views fashion as an art of expression. Since becoming part of OTB in 2002, Maison Margiela continues to push fashion boundaries while maintaining its unique identity and heritage.Role: Showroom CoordinatorThe Showroom Coordinator will manage all aspects of showroom organization, ensuring brand standards are upheld. Key responsibilities include:Managing showroom follow-up and budget (staff & expenses);Handling accounting tasks such as invoice control and SAP order entry;Recruiting freelance teams (models, dressers, waiters, sales staff);Managing planning and hours follow-up for staff;Acting as the key liaison between the Wholesale team, freelancers, and departments during sales periods;Overseeing catering arrangements, including menu selection and partner search;Maintaining the showroom area in coordination with the maintenance team.Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of higher education (business school or university);Fashion sensitivity;Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP;Fluent in English, Italian language skills are a plus.About OTB GroupOnly The Brave, SpA (OTB Group), is an Italian multinational specializing in luxury goods, headquartered in Breganze.NoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
