What we offer you daily as an BDR at Agorapulse The Responsibilities of the roleSource, qualify and contact potential customers aligned with our best customer ICPsDaily outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social mediaUtilise social media to identify, target, and engage prospective customers and develop leadsQualify and develop leads from Marketing campaignsConduct high-level conversations with social media managers, community managers and Marketing leadersArrange meetings to qualify for problems to be solved to generate your target SQOs each monthConsistently meet or exceed activity metrics: phone calls, emails and social media outreach activities, pipeline development, and qualified opportunity quota goalsCollaborate with Marketing to research accounts, identify key players, and develop scripts and messagesTrack progress towards meeting quota with Account ExecutivesCollaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsMaster product knowledgeProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to managementAbout you2-3 years of experience creating outbound pipelineExcellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomouslyFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the sales fieldFluent in German and in EnglishWhy Join us Scale-up on a human scale: good growth, financial health, fundraising, but without the disadvantages A rise in skills Are you looking to grow professionally?
