Ready to help us keep breaking records?Business Development Responsibilities Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy) Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria Client Engagement & Follow‑Up Schedule and-pressure meetings Understand prospects' needs and challenges Demonstrate the added value of our services Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs Hiring Process Phone Interview with Alexandre, Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know us Interview with Jérémy, Head Of BDR, to get to know youInterview with Jérémy and a member of the team, to evaluate your skills Reference Check & Job Offer Requirements – Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) Customer‑facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets deles Personal Qualities Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) Active listening and proactive mindset Ambitious, resilient, and goal‑oriented Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in building relationships Benefits & Working Conditions Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 3 pm Flexibility: Work from home on Fridays Environment: Fast‑growing tech company, young and international team Learning & Development: Opportunities for quick career growth Company Perks: Gym membership discounts via Gympass Private health insurance discounts Free organic fruit and coffee Location: Barcelona – Office with 360º views of the city.
