Why We’re Hiring We are building a dedicated sales machine focused on alternance. The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting hiring needs of companies into real revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads: identify alternance recruitment needs across SMEs, mid‑market and large accounts. Make discovery calls to assess demand, context, urgency, fit with our programmes, and identify decision‑makers. Score and triage leads (ICP fit, probability) and deliver fully qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain a clean, prioritised pipeline and record all interactions in Salesforce. Report on key metrics: volumes, qualification rates, opportunities created, and market insights. Map account structures, identify decision circuits, and build useful account maps for the AE team. Collaborate closely with AE and Sales Ops to ensure smooth hand‑offs and feedback loops. Contribute to continuous improvement by testing, optimizing, and iterating call scripts, qualification workflows, and internal tools (Clay, Salesforce, etc.). Your Team You will join a commercial unit of 5–10 people under the Sales Manager, working side‑by‑side with Account Executives to close deals and maximize client success. Focused on high‑value activities: you’ll handle qualification and value creation while Sales Ops manages lead enrichment. What You’ll Need First experience in commercial prospecting and the ability to generate opportunities independently. Structured, organised, and able to manage a high call volume with effective follow‑ups. Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone, to engage C‑level stakeholders. Adaptability to shifting priorities and market changes. Resilience to handle rejection while staying focused on goals. Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset, constantly seeking improvements. Aspirations for rapid advancement in a commercial career. Minimum B1 English; knowledge of tech and digital fields is a plus. Growth Path Progression to an Account Executive role, gaining expertise in advanced sales techniques, pipeline management, negotiation, and strategic business understanding.
