Analyste Support Fonctionnel et TechniqueDescription du PosteAu sein du pôle Études et Développements, intégré dans une équipe de 8 collaborateurs comprenant 5 développeurs, 1 lead développeur, 1 chef de projet, et 1 directeur, vous aurez comme responsabilité principale de maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et d’intégrité des données à travers les applications au service du métier.Vous contribuerez à garantir la disponibilité 7j/7 et 24h/24 des solutions fournies par la DSI, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, de support, et d’infrastructure.ResponsabilitésMonitorer le système applicatif et effectuer des diagnostics du système d'information.Assurer le run applicatif :Support aux utilisateurs.Retraitement des données.Réalisation des scripts et requêtes.Traitement des incidents et escalade auprès du lead tech.Fournir un support fonctionnel et technique de niveau 2 approfondi aux utilisateurs.Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils de gestion et d’exploitation.Maintenir la documentation : procédures de monitoring et d’exploitation.Mettre en place et suivre les KPI de performance.Informer les utilisateurs en cas d’évolution et d’incident.Suivre les interventions de maintenance et de mises à jour.Travailler sur un spectre large d’applications (Supply, Retail, Finance, RH...).Missions non exhaustives, susceptibles d’évoluer selon les besoins de l’activité et du service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
