We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started We’re currently looking for an experienced VP Sales EMEA to lead our Mid Market and Enterprise sales organization and accelerate our next phase of growth. As VP Sales EMEA, you’ll be responsible for driving Brevo’s revenue growth across the EMEA region; you’ll lead a multi-layered sales organization - composed of Directors, Heads of, and Team Leads - covering both Pro and Enterprise segments. Your mission will be to define and execute a scalable sales strategy, ensure operational excellence, and inspire high performance across diverse and distributed teams. Your impact at Brevo: Lead and scale the EMEA Pro and Enterprise Sales organization, managing senior leaders and their teams. Define the regional go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Drive predictable revenue growth and consistent overachievement against targets. Implement best-in-class sales operations and forecasting processes. Coach, mentor, and develop managers and their teams to ensure continuous improvement, alignment, and strong leadership culture. Partner with the CRO and Global Sales Leadership to ensure strategic alignment across all regions. Represent Brevo externally, building relationships with key clients and enterprise partners. Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, balancing ambition and collaboration. Who you are: 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing leaders (Directors, Heads of, Team Leads). Proven track record in MarTech or adjacent SaaS industries, with experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. Strong background in scaling sales organizations across multiple countries in EMEA. Deep understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance frameworks. Data-driven mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (French is a strong plus). Experience in an international or multicultural company is highly appreciated.
