Minimum Qualifications:
- BE/ BTech – Chemical / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Full-time management degree in Marketing.
Areas of Expertise:
- Deep market understanding, customer needs, and international business knowledge.
- Expertise in sales strategy development, market evaluation, and competition analysis.
- Familiarity with emerging sectors, geopolitical issues, and business compliance.
- Strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement skills.
- Experience in tendering, business development, key account management, and value selling.
- Proficiency in protecting margins, managing customer relationships, and safeguarding business interests.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market potential, develop business plans, and ensure profitability.
- Maintain high-level customer connections and address their needs.
- Evaluate contracts, manage inter-functional collaboration, and oversee customer visits.
- Participate in meetings, gather and use data for business continuity, and enhance key account management.
- Maximize sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop internal sales processes, build channel partnerships, and manage CRM solutions.
