Minimum Qualifications:

  • BE/ BTech – Chemical / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
  • Full-time management degree in Marketing.

Areas of Expertise:

  • Deep market understanding, customer needs, and international business knowledge.
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, market evaluation, and competition analysis.
  • Familiarity with emerging sectors, geopolitical issues, and business compliance.
  • Strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience in tendering, business development, key account management, and value selling.
  • Proficiency in protecting margins, managing customer relationships, and safeguarding business interests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market potential, develop business plans, and ensure profitability.
  • Maintain high-level customer connections and address their needs.
  • Evaluate contracts, manage inter-functional collaboration, and oversee customer visits.
  • Participate in meetings, gather and use data for business continuity, and enhance key account management.
  • Maximize sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop internal sales processes, build channel partnerships, and manage CRM solutions.
