Overview As a full‑stack engineer on the Member Lifecycle team, you will design and build the global onboarding platform that serves 1 M+ members. You will work on smart automation for life‑changing moments, such as adding family members or transitioning companies, while reducing operational costs and improving member satisfaction. What you’ll build A global onboarding platform for 1 M+ members across multiple countries. Smart automation for big life moments that reduces friction and delights users. Is it you we’re looking for? We seek engineers with 3+ years of experience who can help scale our engineering community. You’ll tackle high‑impact, high‑risk projects, design efficient systems, mentor peers, and contribute to hiring and assessment processes. You’ll tackle complex, high‑impact projects involving many engineers. You’ll design systems and engineering practices that align multiple teams and products. You’ll mentor other engineers and lead crews. You’ll help shape the hiring experience for future teammates. Skills & Qualifications Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Comfortable working with Python and JavaScript; prior experience is not required. Passionate about building products and self‑starting.
