With centuries of expertise and a strong industrial footprint across Europe, we design innovative, customised, and environmentally responsible solutions for a wide range of customers.As part of continued growth, we are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to support and develop our glass packaging portfolio in France.The roleReporting into senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term partnerships with a portfolio largely made up of major national glass packaging accounts. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, offering innovative, efficient solutions tailored to client needs while contributing directly to the wider commercial strategy.Key responsibilitiesCustomer relationship & account developmentManage, retain, and grow a portfolio of key national accounts within glass packagingLead commercial negotiations and pricing discussionsAct as project lead for new product/model creation, from solution design through to tooling and lifecycle managementManage product phase-ins and discontinuations with customersOperational coordinationOversee order management in collaboration with sales administrationWork closely with design and technical teams on new product developmentCoordinate resolution of quality issues and customer complaintsBuild and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with production and planning teamsFormalise pricing structures and commercial offersStrategy & market contributionContribute to budget planning and sales targets (qualitative & quantitative) within your scopeRepresent the business directly with customers, distributors, and professional bodiesAnalyse performance and implement corrective or growth actionsMonitor technical developments, competitor activity, and market trendsWhat we're looking forProven experience in sales or account management, ideally within glass packaging, industrial manufacturing, or a related sectorStrong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead cross-functional projects in a complex, industrial environmentStrategic mindset combined with strong operational executionComfortable managing major national accounts and long-term partnerships
