JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS Our activities and reputation have grown considerably in recent years throughout the world and more specifically in Europe. Today, we want to strengthen our European sales forces, and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for our EMEA area. You will be in charge of developing our turnover on our products portfolio (Reports, Monitors and Tracks) by developing partnerships with our existing customers (mainly industrial players in the semiconductor field) and creating opportunities with new customers. In this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent business results and feel comfortable talking to board members and decision makers. Your ability to develop a network of customers will enable you to be fully successful in this position. Location: position based in our Headquarter in Lyon, France. Regular business trips are expected (40%). Responsibilities Building B2B relationships and have direct contacts with the customers to strengthen the collaboration, understand their activities and trends, and to identify business opportunities. Developing negotiating strategies, send proposals and follow up the clients. Managing a lead opportunity pipeline within our CRM. Assuming sales & key account management and customer satisfaction. Organize regularly customers visits and attend exhibitions and other networking activities. Work collaboratively with our technical experts (Analysts). Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values and culture. Requirements Profile Master’s Degree in Sales field. A technical background would be a plus (particularly in electronics/microelectronics). Proven experience in Sales role in a technical field (minimum 5 years of experience). An experience in semiconductor would be a real plus. Working languages: French (fluent), English (fluent), another language would be a plus. Proficiency in pack office & CRM tools. Goal-oriented and KPI-driven. Strong partnership skills, and intellectual curiosity for technology. Strong time management and organizational skills; high level of autonomy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
