Technical Customer Support (Spanish speaker preferred) Autel is a global tech innovator in automotive diagnostics and smart mobility. What You’ll Do Provide remote support to customers in the European market. Manage the ticketing system: create tickets, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure proper closure. Cross-team coordination: work closely with European product managers, HQ technical support, and the sales team to resolve complex issues. Support aftersales activities: troubleshoot common issues, provide operational guidance, and coordinate spare parts/return & repair processes. Create and maintain dealer training materials (FAQ, quick guides, operation manuals). Collect feedback from distributors and regularly summarize common issues and market trends in Europe. You Are Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn quickly. Experience with ticketing systems or customer support platforms is preferred. Spanish speakers preferred; English proficiency required. Additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel moderately within Europe. Experience in the automotive aftermarket, dealer/channel support, technical support, or related fields is preferred.
