The AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Group Risk Management department, you will be responsible for managing risks associated with our P&C Short Tail business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to the development of risk models and aggregation of risks to ensure accurate risk assessment.
- Review and approve standards and policies for insurance, assumed reinsurance, and ceded reinsurance.
- Ensure a second line of defense with second opinion on P&C strategic plan, CEO dialogues, and underwriting referrals.
- Steer standards and policies breaches identification and remediation.
- Promote a P&C risk management culture throughout the AXA Group.
- Extensive experience in P&C Short Tail business operations, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and reinsurance.
- Strong strategic vision and ability to challenge and orient the P&C Short Tail strategy, operations, and risk management.
- Natural leadership and ability to work in a network with tight deadlines and team spirit.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-level presentations to senior management or entity CEOs.
