Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Representative to join our Sales department. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in the healthcare sector, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and develop B2B accounts in the healthcare sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small and medium-sized businesses
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from project identification to contract negotiation and closing
  • Provide ongoing support and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of successful sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Natural hunter with a passion for challenges and a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Demonstrated autonomy, organization, and flexibility in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Positive mindset and ability to see opportunities in obstacles
