Amadeus collaborates with Lufthansa Group (including Lufthansa, Swiss Air, Austrian Airlines, and SN Brussels) to create a modern digital ecosystem for travelers, beginning with the booking interface across various platforms.
Amadeus is enhancing its partnership with Lufthansa Group through the "Digital Hangar," a new initiative that consolidates resources from Lufthansa Group and its partners to develop a comprehensive digital environment that transcends traditional booking, aiming to transform the entire digital journey for Lufthansa Group travelers.

What is the primary objective of this role?
Our team consists of approximately 75 professionals distributed across three locations, operating in a hybrid work model. We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer/Technical Lead for the Amadeus-Lufthansa Digital Lab. Are you prepared to tackle the challenge of delivering innovative projects (utilizing Angular, RxJS, HTML/CSS, Git...) for Lufthansa Group while leveraging your expertise to strengthen our existing teams?

In this position, you will:
work within a fully Agile (SAFe) framework, maintaining close collaboration with clients, be an accomplished developer, proficient in relevant technical frameworks and environments, serve as the technical leader for your scrum team: recommending technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, analyzing complex challenges, proposing technical resolutions, and translating the Product Owner's requirements into actionable technical proposals, while being the primary contact for discussions with technical stakeholders (e.g., architects, principal engineers...) engage in daily scrum meetings, participate in agile events (e.g., System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, PIPE...) and lead agile ceremonies under your purview while supporting your Product Owner in other areas, actively contribute to the Dev Community of Practice (CoP) and engage in regular/ad-hoc sessions (e.g., draft plan reviews, management meetings...) attend face-to-face PI Planning Events (PIPE)About the Ideal Candidate:
