Role Overview:

What is the essence of this position?

Our team comprises approximately 75 professionals distributed across multiple locations, operating in a hybrid work model. We are seeking a Lead Frontend Software Engineer/Technical Leader to join our Digital Lab. Are you prepared to tackle the challenge of delivering innovative projects utilizing technologies such as Angular, RxJS, HTML/CSS, and Git? Your expertise will be invaluable in strengthening our existing teams.

We encourage you to question our technical and organizational decisions as we strive for continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a fully Agile (SAFe) environment while collaborating closely with clients,
  • Serve as an experienced developer, proficient in relevant technical frameworks and environments,
  • Act as the technical leader for your scrum team: recommending technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, analyzing complex challenges, and translating product owner requirements into actionable technical proposals,
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings,
  • Contribute to agile events (e.g., System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions) and lead agile ceremonies within your scope while supporting the product owner in other areas,
  • Actively engage in the Dev Community of Practice (CoP) and contribute to various regular and ad-hoc sessions,
  • Attend face-to-face PI Planning Events.
