Business Development Manager

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a leading provider of professional publishing and innovative solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition within the Law market in Europe.
As a key member of our International Sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our Jarvis solution, a cutting-edge, 100% online collaborative platform designed to simplify the administration of law firms and optimize associated costs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong prospecting and closing capabilities, with a proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably within the subscription sales segment and/or SAAS. Fluency in English and French is a plus, as is experience in the law decree or legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy to drive new business acquisition and market penetration.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts to expand LexisNexis solutions across designated territories and sectors.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities to ensure a strong new business acquisition pipeline using traditional, innovative, and social selling methods.
- Maintain a strong New Acquisition Pipeline with accurate deal closure forecasting and clean Customer/Prospect data in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably within the subscription sales segment and/or SAAS.
- Fluency in English and French is a plus.
- Law decree or legal field experience is a plus.
- High volume subscription sales experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated proven performance against sales targets.
- High level of presentation skills.
- Confident to communicate and negotiate with staff at all levels.
- Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM System.
