Job Description

As a key member of the Dassault Systèmes team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the SIMULIA business in China. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a dedicated sales professional, driving the growth of the SIMULIA brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for SIMULIA in China.
  • Identify and engage with key customers and partners to deliver value and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on committed customer value roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide industry sales teams, partners, and create credible pipelines to meet and exceed annual targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field.
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in the CAE domain or with a successful track record in energy, materials, high-tech, infrastructure, automobile, aerospace, marine, and offshore industries.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team.
