China SIMULIA Brand Sales Expert

In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your key responsibilities will include:
• Driving the growth of the SIMULIA business in China for the next five years.
• Managing opportunities from identification to closure in line with DS sales process within channels and based on validated customer pains.
• Selling DS solutions (Software & Services) to new customers to reach annual growth revenue targets.
• Identifying and engaging DS internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leveraging external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account.
• Boosting sales and market share growth for SIMULIA brand in China, directly supporting sales engagements.
• Guiding and mentoring industry sales teams, partners, and creating credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
The challenges ahead
As a part of SIMULIA sales team, you will be responsible for implementing business transformation to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long term basis.
You will deliver revenue plan by executing an overall sales strategy, involving 3DS extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a engineering or a business related field is preferred.
• 8-10 years sales experience in CAE domain or with successful track record in energy & materials/ high-tech/ Infra/automobile/aerospace/marine & offshore/ industry equipment /public services, etc. Automobile/ industry equipment/ high-tech industry customers background preferred.
• Strong communication skill is required.
