Job Title: SIMULIA Key Account Manager

Join Dassault Systèmes as a SIMULIA Key Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell 3DS value and strategic vision to customers, promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals.
  • Leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to build intimate relationships with clients and align 3DS Ecosystem activities and deliverables.
  • Sell assigned offers within a defined territory, performing end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential.
  • Manage negotiations with customers, complying with 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.
  • Define successful sales strategies to hit revenue targets and sustain growth objectives, leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands.
  • Generate growth in assigned territories according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis.
  • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities.
  • Orchestrate 3DS answers to Request For Proposal (RFP).
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise.
  • Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned, including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, and Loss reviews.
  • Use and fulfill DS CRM according to corporate guidance, ensuring data is up to date.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering and simulation software sales.
  • Hard Skills: Building an account strategy, implementing sales strategies, delivering a sales pitch, engaging on value, applying change management, C-Level Relationship & Intimacy, applying business acumen, managing alliances, forecasting future levels of business, technical solution consulting, tracking key performance indicators, industry knowledge, and industry processes.
  • Languages: English.
  • Soft Skills: Driving for Results, Teamwork, Flexibility, Presenting to Others, Inspiring Others, and Negotiating.
