We are a rapidly growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the pharmaceutical industry, private equity backed and focused on drug products. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions for the development and manufacturing of small molecule drugs, enhancing the health and well-being of patients worldwide.

Your Profile
  • Senior Sales Experience: 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in the CDMO sector.
  • Strategic & Global Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global CDMO markets, particularly in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to directly manage key accounts while leading and coaching a global sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: Expertise in consultative selling and closing high-value deals with senior executives.
