En Greenly, estamos buscando a un Líder de Ventas para nuestro equipo en el Reino Unido. Este profesional será responsable de guiar a su equipo de Agentes de Ventas en el Reino Unido hacia un nivel más alto de madurez en términos de desempeño y estrategia de ventas.

El objetivo principal de este profesional será liderar el mercado del Reino Unido, que actualmente cuenta con 24 miembros, y ayudar en la expansión del mercado.

Estrategia de Ventas
  1. Elaborar el Plan de Ventas
  2. Analizar (nuevos) mercados para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento
  3. Participar en acuerdos estratégicos cuando sea necesario
  4. Coordinar con Marketing para alcanzar nuestros objetivos
  5. Tener la propiedad de la generación de la cartera de ventas
  6. Informar y analizar el desempeño de las ventas
Gestión de Talento
  1. Participar en la selección de futuros Talentos de Ventas
  2. Entrenar, coachear y ayudar al equipo a crecer
  3. Identificar y comunicar los objetivos del equipo y evaluar el progreso

Experiencia Preferida

Buscamos a un profesional con:

  1. 6+ años de experiencia en el campo de las ventas trabajando en el mercado del Reino Unido
  2. Un historial probado en roles de gestión o liderazgo
  3. Buen conocimiento del negocio
  4. Un profesional que sea un hacedor y no tenga miedo de realizar tareas operativas
  5. Un profesional que se sienta cómodo en un entorno de startup y rápido
  6. Un profesional que quiera luchar contra el cambio climático
