Regional Vice President, Sales Leadership Position

We're seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President to lead our Sales and Go-to-Market team in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that accelerates our cloud security business and delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on building a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business development and expansion.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and growth strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the software or security industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • 2nd line leadership experience, with a strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level.
