About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven leader to manage our Enterprise Regional Vice President leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of formulating and executing sales development and growth strategies, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach the regional leadership team to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
  • Enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
  • Proactively recruit first-line Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Sales Executives
  • Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and with Marketing to conduct seminars and other marketing-related events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and leading sales teams
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise software technology
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships
  • Skilled at business planning and measuring progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
