Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage department at The Peninsula Paris. As a Director of Food and Beverage Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing team of F&B professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Monitor and analyze F&B performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Fluent French and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Knowledge of financial tools and processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
