Job Title: Director of Food and Beverage Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, including menu planning, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective service delivery and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and cost management.
