Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage department to ensure the provision of high-quality food and beverage experiences for our guests.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales programs to increase revenue and sales objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of employees to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve productivity levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and PR personnel to design and implement marketing and sales programs.
  • Ensure the efficient operations of the Food and Beverage department, including budgeting and labor management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to engage with guests and manage diverse teams.
  • Fluent French and English language skills and presentation ability.
  • Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes, including budgeting.
  • Creative and innovative, with extensive food and beverage knowledge.
