Core Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Contract Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of contracts for clients. This role entails designing and organizing various product/service contract offerings tailored for customers. This may encompass comprehensive product solutions that integrate services, sales strategies, and internal training in collaboration with the Flexis Sales & Marketing and Service & Solutions teams.

Key Duties Include:

  • Develop and implement service contracts and offerings.
  • Establish adaptable service contract standards to meet specific customer and market requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate contract content and execution.
  • Manage service contracts efficiently from initiation to conclusion.
  • Align business and administrative processes within their ecosystem.
  • Formulate strategies and operational plans for the role.
  • Innovate and execute new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that influence contract execution outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the contract portfolio (KPI and analyses).
  • Take ownership of the technical pricing of contracts and challenge the components/costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing and Service & Solutions teams to structure proposals and contracts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and process design.
  • Proven track record in aftersales and B2B environments.
  • Proficient in both English and French.
  • Capable of engaging with leadership effectively.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Experience working in or with diverse international environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams across functions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
