About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Marketing Intern to support the management of our global partner programme. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of global partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain daily reports to track and optimize partnership performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Serve as a point of contact for global tier 1 partners, providing exceptional customer service and support during campaign setup.
  • Conduct market research globally to identify potential new partnerships, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal brand marketing, commercial, creative, PR, and influencer teams to identify opportunities and align on key initiatives.
  • Help plan and execute influencer performance campaigns, tracking key metrics such as traffic and conversions.
  • Support the management of the nano influencer programme, creating engaging content to share monthly.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in partner marketing is a plus.
  • Highly organized and structured, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as a team player and learning from others.
  • Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data analysis.
