Nordberg Medical AB, une entreprise suédoise de biotechnologie, recherche un Key Account Manager Région Parisienne pour rejoindre son équipe commerciale. En tant que Key Account Manager, vous serez chargé de cibler les cliniques de médecine esthétique haut de gamme et d'autres professionnels de santé en Région Parisienne et de les accompagner pour qu'ils s'associent à Nordberg Medical.

Responsabilités
  • Rechercher proactivement de nouveaux comptes et construire des relations de confiance durables avec eux.
  • Mettre en place des stratégies pour développer le business avec les nouveaux comptes acquis, dans le but d'établir une relation à long terme profitable et mutuellement bénéfique.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et des plans de vente.
  • Augmenter la notoriété et les ventes du produit auprès des leaders d'opinion clés (KOL) et des professionnels de santé (HCP) dans le domaine de la médecine esthétique.
  • Soutenir les besoins commerciaux et scientifiques des professionnels de santé.
  • Surveiller et analyser les données du marché pour identifier les avantages concurrentiels.
  • Collaborer avec les affaires médicales pour développer des ambassadeurs du produit.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience dans la vente aux médecins et autres professionnels de santé, de préférence en esthétique et/ou en dermatologie.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et capacité à établir des relations durables et fructueuses à l'interne et à l'externe.
  • Approche stratégique pour construire des relations clients avec les leaders d'opinion clés (KOL) et les professionnels de santé (HCP).
  • Maîtrise du français et capacité à travailler en anglais.
  • Partage des valeurs de Nordberg Medical : Entrepreneuriat, Multiculturalisme, Flexibilité, Confiance, Excellence et Authenticité.
  • Capacité à voyager pour affaires.
