Business Development and Partnership Growth Manager

You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with major consulting firms, IT integrators, and cloud leaders across EMEA, the UK, and the US. Your role will involve supporting partner enablement, including certification programs for integrators and business partner labeling based on sales performance and deal volume.
You will assist in recruiting and coordinating Sponsoring Partners for SBS events, aligning their activities with the company's broader business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to identify potential partners and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and partnership strategies.
- Assisting in the development and management of certification programs for IT integrators, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Providing financial analysis and business case development to support strategic decisions.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new partners, including preparing NDAs, corporate and product presentations, and deal sheets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborating on co-marketing efforts with partners and ensuring the appropriate teams are producing enablement materials and tools that will equip partners to promote and sell our solutions effectively.
- Assisting in preparing reports on partner performance, certifications, and labeling status, contributing to broader strategic discussions.
