Nous recherchons un Assistant(e) Floor Manager (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Lyon. Ce poste est basé dans notre appartement de vente.

Missions

L'Assistant(e) Floor Manager sera chargé(e) de :

  • Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle au sein de l'appartement
  • Accueillir les clients avec un service personnalisé et optimal
  • Faire preuve de proactivité, d'expertise et de passion pour offrir une expérience client inoubliable
  • Orienter les clients vers les produits et les services Sézane
  • Utiliser les canaux de communication Sézane pour développer la culture produits
  • Transmettre les connaissances produits et techniques de vente aux clients et aux collaborateurs
  • Proposer des recommandations et propositions constructives aux Floor Managers
  • Assurer un service de qualité en conciergerie
Responsabilités

L'Assistant(e) Floor Manager sera également responsable de :

  • Être le relais du Floor Manager
  • Avoir une vision 360 de l'activité pour assurer une expérience client optimale
  • Être disponible pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs
  • Animer et responsabiliser les équipes
  • Communiquer les informations nécessaires à l'activité
  • Favoriser la coopération au sein de l'équipe et entre Managers
  • Créer une cohésion de groupe et une entraide
  • Manager l'équipe en la motivant et en créant un environnement de travail positif et harmonieux
Compétences requises

Nous recherchons une personne agile, avec une personnalité pétillante et dynamique pour mener à bien ces missions. Vous devez être passionné(e) par le commerce et avoir un sens du service et de la générosité.

Vous devez être capable de guider votre équipe par l'exemple et d'accompagner et de faire grandir vos collaborateurs pour garantir un service client optimal.
