Job Title: Strategic Business Development Leader
We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Leader who will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our market influence within the Life Sciences sector.
The successful candidate will:
- Meet sales targets and profitability goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our service portfolio.
- Coach, develop, and mentor our Business Development team.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, BU Heads, and Marketing to craft and execute a strategic growth-focused business development plan.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
