We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Valuement, an international consulting company part of the Mantu Group. Our organization is rapidly expanding its presence in the retail market and beyond.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong account management skills, capable of managing key client accounts and leading a business team in the procurement industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Unit Management: Oversee and manage a consultant's Business Unit, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Account Management: Handle key client accounts, focusing on account management, client satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a business team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and ensuring their professional development and success.
  • Client Engagement: Engage in sourcing, recruiting, and focus on client prospecting, negotiation, and management of large accounts.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and support project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Financial Responsibility: Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the overall goals and vision of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Min. 3 years in a consulting firm, with successful experience in managing and growing a Business Unit.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in setting and achieving business objectives.
  • Client Management: Strong skills in account management, client engagement, and relationship building with key accounts.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing P&L, ensuring the financial health of a Business Unit.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, driving the growth and success of the team.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
