About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Expand contracts with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to existing clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with evidence of increased revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Bachelor's or master's degree - desired.
