About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Workplace and Facilities Director to join our team at Ipsen Pharma (SAS). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional workplace and facilities strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Regional Workplace and Facilities Strategies
    • Develop and implement regional workplace and facilities strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure employee experience is at the heart of all workplace decisions.
    • Lead on developing the regional workplace strategy, working closely with key business stakeholders across functions to capture relevant inputs and integrating the Ipsen brand and culture into workplaces.
  • Lead on Engaging with Senior Stakeholders
    • Lead on engaging with senior stakeholders to understand regional strategies/initiatives and ensure business requirements are met.
    • Act as an ambassador for collaboration, proactively engaging with teams across the business and developing strong networks.
  • Manage Regional Workplace and Facilities
    • Accountable for continually reviewing the regional portfolio to identify opportunities to drive workplace experience and facilities improvements and deliver value.
    • Lead on the prioritization of regional workplace major projects, working closely with the Major Projects Team and Real Estate team to ensure projects align to Ipsen objectives and deliver value.
  • Embed Compliance Culture
    • Embeds Compliance Culture across all regions of the business ensuring Integrity in Action is actively applied in all initiatives.
    • Ensures team members strictly adopt a culture of ethics and compliance; leading by example and appropriately challenging non-compliance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 7 to 10 years' experience within a workplace and/or facilities management and/or hospitality background.
    • Pharma, or other (e.g. consumer) sector experience and knowledge.
  • Key Technical Competencies
    • Credible leader: engages colleagues/team to effectively deliver strategic plan and secure the confidence of key stakeholders.
    • Considers broader picture and embeds a 'best practice' culture to increase operational performance within a multi-cultural, matrix and global organization.
