Responsabilités
  • Fournir un niveau de support direct exceptionnel aux comptes les plus importants et les plus complexes.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations pour augmenter la rentabilité.
  • Valider les factures et établir des rapports de budget énergétique.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de réduction de consommation et de coûts.
  • Établir et gérer des relations avec un large éventail de fournisseurs, de contractants et de tiers.
  • Soutenir les clients avec des services complémentaires comme les travaux sur site, la réduction de la consommation d'eau et d'énergie.
  • Respecter des délais stricts.
  • Fournir des conseils approfondis et un soutien à nos clients pour divers besoins énergétiques.
  • Mener des investigations sur les causes profondes des problèmes de mesure et de facturation.
  • Offrir des solutions efficaces et pratiques à une gamme variée de problèmes complexes.

Conditions requises

  • Parler couramment l'anglais.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de grands clients commerciaux.
  • Antécédents prouvés de fourniture d'un excellent support client.
  • Expérience de travail avec des parties prenantes clés.
  • Compétences analytiques solides, capables d'identifier et de résoudre clairement des problèmes complexes.
  • Communicateur articulé et efficace avec d'excellentes compétences en rédaction, en relations interpersonnelles et en présentation.
  • Très organisé, structuré, pragmatique, et flexible au besoin pour respecter les délais.
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel, Word et Outlook.
  • Bonne compréhension du marché commercial de l'énergie.
  • Perspicace, conscient des dynamiques organisationnelles, avec une expérience de travail dans un environnement commercial complexe.
